CAUSE Foundation Education Scholarship Application

REQUIREMENTS

• Graduating seniors and former recipients are eligible to apply; must be attending a college, university, or technical school in Fall 2025
• Two letters of recommendation (one from campus administrator and one from a mentor)
• Submission includes copy of transcript and video about yourself and your accomplishments
• Short essay response
